Greqia në fakt ka një larmi të madhe muzike dhe artistësh. Shumica kur themi muzikë greke iu referohet këngëve me buzuk apo këngëve popullore. Por ato janë vetëm një pjesë e saj edhe sepse tregu vetëm ato luan. Psh një muzikant dhe kompozitor serioz me famë botërore është dhe Evangjelos Papathanasiu, apo siç njihet ndryshe Vangelis. Këto pjesë muzikore që të gjithë i njohim por nuk e dimë kush i ka krijuar.
